How can Shaping behaviour help your educational institution?

Do you run Animal Care Courses?

If you are a college or university offering Animal Care, Animal Management, Animal Behaviour or Animal Welfare courses, from T Level to Level 6, Shaping Behaviour can help you! We deliver bespoke workshops for your students or staff to develop skills and ensure your learners are leaving their education programme ready to work in industry.

Staff CPD

Colleges and Universities have such a diverse collection of staff involved in the animal care and management courses - from animal technicians to practical instructors, to lecturers and everything in between! Shaping Behaviour offers a chance for all the teams to come together and 'get on the same page'. This promotes team building as well as ensuring all staff are teaching cohesively for the students.

Our Approach

At Shaping Behaviour, we take a holistic approach to consulting. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and challenges, develop creative solutions that address their specific needs. We can help with writing training and behaviour management policies and protocols, problem solving and teaching mechanical skills in a way that is easy for you to replicate with your students.
